Please note:
·         Go through the Rules & Regulations, given at the end of this schedule before registering. Once you are registered, it will be considered that you agree to all our rules and regulations which you must follow during our camps & trails.
·         Participants should be 8 yrs and above (no upper age limit). Child between 8yrs to 12yrs should be accompanied by parents/guardians.


January, 2020

13th – 16th January, 2020 – Amritsar, Dasuya forest - Punjab
Dasuya forest is situated in Shivalik Ranges. Hilly mountains and small rivulets makes Dasuya perfect place for nature lovers to observe various species of flora and lesser fauna. A visit to auspicious Golden temple will make this camp very special and memorable.
Camp charges: Rs. 14,000/- per head
The cost includes Entry fees, sightseeing, food, stay, three safaris and transport from Amritsar to Amritsar.
Register before 10th November, 2019
Flight tickets can be booked by us at an extra cost at actual.
Meeting time: 13th January – Pick-ups are available from Amritsar Airport and Station at 8am, participants are requested to book return flights/train after 7pm on 16th January

24th – 26th January, 2020 – Short Escape in the Wild – Kanha National Park.
Kanha forest - a dream of almost all nature lovers, is always charming and full of life. This short visit will surely refresh your body and mind.
Camp charges: Rs. 18,000/- per head.
The cost includes Entry fees, sightseeing, food, stay (Infinity Resort or similar), three safaris and transport from Jabalpur to Jabalpur.
Registration before: 2nd December, 2019.
Flight tickets can be booked by us at an extra cost at actual. Pick-ups are available from Jabalpur airport at 8am. Participants are requested to book return flights/train after 12pm on 26th January


February, 2020

1st February– 3rd February – Short Escape in the Wild – Corbett National Park.
First project tiger sight and one of the oldest national park in India, located in the foothills of Himalaya. Unmatched landscapes and nature heritage will make you fall in love with this amazing place.
Camp charges: Rs. 21,500/- per head.
The cost includes food, stay (Infinity Resort or similar), three safaris and transport from Delhi to Delhi. 
Meeting time: 1st February – Pick ups are available at 8am from Delhi Airport as well as from NDLS Station, participants are requested to book return flights/train after 8pm on 3rd February

18th – 24th February – Chikmangalur, Kemmangundi
Lush green forest in all dimensions; a perfect season for birding in land of Coffee.

2nd – 13th March, 2020 – Explore art and culture of Bastar in Holi, Achanakmar, Barnawapara - Chhattisgarh
India- the Land of Festivals has rich traditions and some of them are still unchanged and ancient. Bastar is one of such place where old traditions are still followed during celebration time. Safaris in Achanakmar and Barnawapara will be a treat to your eyes and soul.

21st – 25th March, 2020 – Bandipur and Mudumalai
Boundary forests of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka hold very rich biodiversity. Mudumalai National Park if one of the first forest ranges in India. Bandipur and Mudumalai are part of Nilgiri Biosphere reserve.
Mysuru to Mysuru (22nd to 24th Mar) to – Rs. 21, 500/- per head.

10th – 15th April, 2020 – Lava, Neora Valley, Chapramari and Gorumara – West Bengal
Neora Valley is one of the last patches of virgin forests in the country which Chapramari WLS and Gorumara NP. Lava is Gateway of Neora valley national park of great ecological significance.
Camp Charges: Rs. 29,500/- per head.

Largest Tiger reserve in Maharashtra, attracts lots of tourists every year.

Huge backwater lies in dense green forest situated in the heart of Satara district.

Bus will leave from Swaminarayan temple at 6.30hrs sharp on 22nd May. We will be back by 19.30hrs on 25th May (Subject to traffic)

4th – 8th June, 2020 – Tipeshwar
Emerging tiger heaven.

Ancient Polo City served as hiding place for rulers of Gujarat located in Sacred hills on the East and West. Good chance to observe lot of birds including Hornbill.

Pretty little hill station with a great capacity to serve as home to many varieties of flora and fauna. Monsoon is a good time to observe lesser fauna such as amphibians, reptiles etc.

This patch of Sahyadri Ranges is often referred as Mahabaleshwar of Thane. The place is a home to various tribe and has a rich historical background that will that will take you back to the 1400.
Camp charges: Rs. 5250/- per head.
The cost includes food, stay and transport from Mumbai to Mumbai.
Registration before: 1st August, 2020.
Bus will leave from Swaminarayan temple opposite Dadar Station (E) at 6.30am sharp.

9th – 13th September, 2020 – Vythiri, Waynad
Rising 2600 feet above sea level, Vythiri village gives magnificent views Waynad Hills.

2nd – 15th October, 2020 – Shey Phoksundo, Nepal
Scenic Mountain, the only national park in Trans Himalayan range of Nepal and very rich in Wildlife. Involves enjoyable trekking in the Himalaya.

The cost includes Entry fees, sightseeing, trekking experts, porter, food, stay and transport from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. Mumbai-Kathmanu-Mumbai flight tickets can be booked at extra cost.

Largest National Park in North India and is surrounded by Vindhya and Aravali Ranges.

Satkosia is meeting point of two bio-geographical regions of India namely The Deccan Peninsula and the Eastern Ghats and it nourishes immense biodiversity. Similipal Tiger reserve also comes Mayurbanj Elephant reserve.
Camp charges: Rs. 48,000/- per head.

Rules & Regulations to be followed during OikoEssence Camps & Trails

1. Oikoessence Nature Camps and trails are educational camps and not luxury camps or picnics.
2. Basic necessities will be provided like simple and wholesome vegetarian food (tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner), clean accommodation and toilets. During visits to remote forest areas participants will have to use open air toilets and rough it out.

3. During multiple accommodation facilities at the camp site participants must adjust to them and no separate accommodation will be provided. The group leader will decide the room allotments and the participants in the room, no alterations will be done.

4. Participants must follow strict discipline and no misbehavior will be tolerated any participant found doing so may be requested to leave the camp.

5. Detailed program/itinerary of the following day will be briefed one day in advance.

6. Participants have to adhere to the given itinerary and no alterations by the participants will be entertained.

7. Participants should strictly follow the instructions of the group leader.

8. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.

9. Participants should take care of their belongings & valuable articles & will be solely responsible for them.

10. No portage will be provided.

11. Mineral water will not be provided unless mentioned.

12. OikoEssence will not be responsible for any mishap or catastrophe.

13. Wear comfortable walking shoes and never wear any high heels foot wear.

14. Please carry Water bottle, Cap, Torch, Mosquito repellents, Personal medicines and toiletries.

15. Do not wear any kind of perfume or deodorant while in the sanctuary.

16. Do not carry any music system or MP3, etc. in forest area.

17. Do not carry any inflammables and do not light fire in the forest area.

18. Do not tease any wild animal or destroy habitat of the Park or Sanctuary.

19. Carry clothes according to climate and season (do not wear red, white or any bright/fluorescent colours).

20. If a camp is canceled by OikoEssence for reasons such as lack of enough participation, unless any expense is incurred, a 100 % refund will be given. Participants who cancel their seats prior to cancellation of the camp will not get a complete refund. 50% of the total camp cost will be deducted for cancellation done 15 days prior to the commencement of camp. After that no refund will be given.

21. Vehicles/transport used for local sightseeing/safaris etc mentioned in the programme are Non-AC private vehicles.
